Abstract

PURPOSE:To improve the high frequency characteristics of a semiconductor by forming a lead wire of nonmagnetic material and forming an eyelet of Mo, W or nonmagnetic steel. CONSTITUTION:An eyelet is made of Mo, W or nonmagnetic steel, brazed to a copper flange 11, and a lead wire 14 is airtightly sealed with glass 15. The wire 14 is made, to form as nonmagnetic state, or Mo wire or W wire, or only the glass sealed portion is made of Mo wire or W wire, and an external conductor is made of a copper wire welded to a W or Mo wire. In this case, the glass 15 may employ hard glass having equal expansion coefficient to the Mo of the wire 14.
