DMA1 writes data to area 2-1 periodically. CPU3 rewrites decision bit 5 of area 2-1 to 1. By this constitution, CPU3 decides whether decision bit 5 is 0 or not just when data of area 2-1 is taken out; and if decision bit is 0, it is decided that DMA1 updates correctly data periodically; and if decision bit 5 is 1, alarm is outputted to the external as data update defect. CPU3 rewrites decision bit 5 to 1 after decision.
