Abstract

When the changeover valve 2 is shifted to a position (a) in that state, a pump 1 is unloaded and a holding circuit is formed. If a pressure fall takes place in the feed and drain ducts 12, 13 of a cylinder 5, a liquid is supplemented from an accumulator 15 through the changeover valve 11. As a result, no pressure fluctuation takes place in oil chambers 5b, 5c and the position of the stopper 6 is prevented from fluctuating.
