PURPOSE:To reduce the processes of manufacture, and to obtain the core which its magnetic characteristic is excellent and generates little noises by stacking steel plates with fixed length in trapezoid shapes, by pressing and bending them by a specified force piston, by annealing them, by impregnating synthetic resin to them, and by hardening the resin. CONSTITUTION:Steel plates 15 cut in fixed length every one sheet are stacked in staircase-like trapezoid forms, a core bar 21, whose nose portion is indented so that a bending inclination be formed, is placed at a central portion of the steel plate group 17 and fixed, and an iron plate of the both sides of a steel plate molding patch 13 is pushed up and erected, and molded to a C-cut core. A steel band 31 is used as a detent, and the distortion is removed together with core bar 21 and patch 13 by annealing. Core metal 21 etc. are removed, epoxy resin, etc. are impregnated, and the end surfaces 33b of C-cut core 33 are sufficiently washed by a solvent and a brush 37 and hardened. Thus, the processes of manufacture are reduced by eliminating machine working such as the cutting, grinding, lapping, etc. of end surfaces while the core can be obtained which has no layer short and its magnetic characteristic is excellent and generates little noises.
