CONSTITUTION:On a base plate 1 having a heat generating resistor 9 there are provided registering means consisting of two or more ''+'' marks 13. On the other hand, in a grooved plate 2 consisting of a transparent material made of a transparent material such as glass plastics or the like, having a plurality of nozzle grooves 11 there are provided registering means consisting of two or more ''#'' marks 14. In a state where the ''+'' mark 13 on the base plate 1 and the ''#'' mark 14 on the plate 2 are integrated and registered, the base plate 1 and the plate 2 are bonded together.
