Abstract
PURPOSE:To obtain bimorph element with high converting efficiency and strong thermal change, by printing each liquid of denatured acryl resin of non-solvent type two liquid mixing on the surface to be bonded in net shape, in bonding between a piezoelectric element and an intermediate electrode plate and pressing and sticking the two surfaces while they are turned relatively. CONSTITUTION:Electrodes 2, 3, 2', 3' are located on both the sides of disc shape piezoelectric ceramic sheets 1, 1' respectively, and the sides of the electrodes 3, 3' are bonded on both the sides of an intermediate electrode plate 4 as the bonding surface. In this bonding, non-solvent two liquid mixing denatured acryl bonding agent is used, and one liquid is made in screen print with the net and radiated line pattern at 100-5,000cps in viscosity, and another liquid is similarly printed on the corresponding surface. Then, the respective printed surfaces are sticked each other in concentric shape and they are relatively turned while giving a weight.
