Abstract
PURPOSE:To prevent the breakage of the layer insulator and dielectric breakage by inserting a spacer attached insulating paper board between layers of the multiplex winding coil. CONSTITUTION:Tap leads 12, covered by insulating tubes 13, are let out from inner layers 11 of the multiplex winding coil. In the case when the next winding is wound on the tap leads 12, it causes a difference in level. So spacers 22 whose width A' is a little wider than the width A of tap leads 12, are attached to the insulating paper board 21, on which a layer insulator 14 is wound around and the next coil is then wound around on the outside. In such a way as above-mentioned, the layer insulator 14 is uniformly wound as far as to the edge of layer and almost up to the same height as that of the tap leads, on the coil surface on the side of the tap lead. Therefore, there is no anxiety of having a difference in level, and there occurs no damage when the coil of the next layer is wound on it, therby maintaining a stabilized voltage-withstanding characteristic.
