Abstract
PURPOSE:To reinforce a trouble current suppression function, by disposing main windings off each other and prescribing the numbers of turns of the main and auxiliary windings when providing the main primary and secondary windings and two auxiliary windings around three-phase core legs and connecting the main windings in series with the different-phase auxiliary windings. CONSTITUTION:A three-phase transformer is composed of main primary windings U1, V1 and W1, main secondary windings u1, v1 and w1, auxiliary secondary windings u2, v2, w2, u3, v3 and w3, primary terminals U, V and W, secondary terminals u, v and w, etc. The windings of the same phase are provided around the core leg of the same phase. The windings U1, V1 and W1 are star-connected to one another. The windings u1, v1 and w1 are star-connected to the two-different-phase auxiliary windings v2 and w3, w2 and u3 and u2 and v3. The main primary windings are placed off the main secondary windings to increase the leakage impedance. The numbers of the winding turns are prescribed by the formulae where Z denotes the load impedance, cosphi denotes the load power-factor and X denotes the primary and secondary leakage impedance.
