Abstract

CONSTITUTION: Subsidiary combustion chambers 6, 6 disposed symmetrically on the opposite sides of main combustion chamber 5 are respectively constituted by a cup-like member 7, and they are respectively provided with ignition plug 9 and orifice 8 communicated to main combustion chamber 5. By thus arranging the combustion chamber, flame (a) ejected from respective orifices 8 collide with each other at a portion in main combustion chamber 5 located downwardly of the exhaust valve, so that flame is spread and propagated in every direction along lines (a) together with small turbulences.
