Abstract

PURPOSE: To smooth assembly work, by efficiently stocking works by mounting a stock zone between conveyors in a pre-process and an after-process and by installing a conveying machine for stock to said zone.
CONSTITUTION: A stock zone Z is mounted between a pre-process conveyor 10 and an after-process conveyor 11, and a conveying machine 13, which is suspended from a rail 14 of the ceiling and travels, is installed to said zone. The conveying machine 13 is provided with a hanger 17 and belongs to self-propelled trolleys, the front is equipped with a detector 19, the detector makes sure a location of a work 12a that precedes and the next work 12 is right positioned at the next location. The conveyor 10 is formed so that it travel in a condition that is faster than the conveyor 11 in speed and the conveying machine 13 in order that it travel in a condition that is faster than the conveyor 10, thus smoothly supplying works to the next process.
