Abstract

PURPOSE: To decide freely an inductance feature with a less iron and copper by arranging opposite a speciality iron core around a common coil.
CONSTITUTION: Through openings 2 and 2' by a non-magnet at upper and lower ends of iron cores 1 and 1', yokes 3 and 3' are arranged to produce a major iron core 4 and a minor iron core 5. Both iron cores are adjacent to each through an opening 6 to wire a common coil 7. The major iron core 4 is recommended to be tenpaired and the minor one 5 two- paired. A thickness of the upper and lower- ended openings 2 and 2' are designed to have a G ∝ IN/B relation among electric current I, wiring number N and the specified flux concentration B and IN, with a given coil, is so formed that an opening G is set up opposite to the concentration B. The major iron core 4 is designed like a non- variable inductance with an electric current 0W100% to set up openings 2 and 2' and make this inductance 100%. Then the cross area of the minor one 5 is designed 1/5 of that of the major one 4 and the opening 2' is shrinked to 300% inductance with a 10% electric current.
