Abstract

CONSTITUTION: As a device to handle a solution called Everbright, consisting mainly of trichloroethane, housing 1 having air intake and discharge ducts 6 and 7 respectively on its upper and lower sides is used. This housing 1 is divided into two chambers by partitioning wall 1A. Dip bath 3 filled with Everbright is provided in one chamber. Rotary drum 5 is placed between air intake and discharge ducts 6 and 7 in the other chamber. Conveyor line 8 hanging work 4a is passed between supply port 9 and discharge port 10 on both sides of housing 1. Work 4a is dipped in dip bath 3 for several sec, then it is pulled up, and it is separated from line 8 and is attached to the surface of drum 5.
