Abstract

PURPOSE: To produce the modulating plates which operate under low voltage through simple process by stacking and integrating the plural plate bodies provided with conductive layers on mutually opposing flat plate faces in such a manner that the outside edges thereof do not mutually overlap and then cutting the assembly in the specific direction.
CONSTITUTION: Plural plate bodies F1 thru Fn provided with conductive layers 22a and 22b on mutually opposing flat plate faces 21a and 21b are prepared. The plate bodies are stacked and integrated to a block body D in such a manner that the outside edges of the plate bodies F1, F3,.... When viewed from their stacking direction overlap with the outer edges of the plate bodies F2, F4,....
