Abstract
PURPOSE: To automate the imbedding of a screw-clamping anchor for the molding by screwing a tapped screw having a tapped hole formed at the center thereof down into a base hole provided on a non-metal molding with a wedge member forced into the keyway of the base hole so as to be engaged with a lock face of a tapped screw.
CONSTITUTION: A base hole 1 is provided on a non-metal molding made of plastic or the like. A tapped screw 4 having a tapped hole 5 formed at the center thereof is used for the anchor with a tapped hole and is provided with notched faces 7 for locking turn and checking slip off by cutting a part of the outer surface of the tapped screw 4. This tapped screw 4 is screwed down into the base hole 1. A wedge member 8 is forced into a keyway 3 provided on the hole 1 to be engaged with the lock face 7 and the anti-slip off face 7 whereby the tapped screw 4 is fixed.
