Abstract

PURPOSE: To prevent the damaging of apparatus and secure safety by detecting the unbalance of a rotor when the rotating speed of the rotor is at the primary dangerous rotating speed in a low speed region and reaccelerating the same while decelerating it down to the specified rotating speed.
CONSTITUTION: The positive pulse of the start signal (a) goes through an OR gate 7 and sets flip-flops (FF) 8, 9, then the outputs of the FF8, 9 become both 1 level and the signal (e) of 1 level is outputted from an AND gate 10. A relay is operated by this signal (e) to drive the motor and acclerate the rotor. When the rotor is accelerated and reaches the primary dangerous speed, the output signal (b) of the 1st speed detector becomes of positive level to reset the FF8 via inverter 11, OR gate 12 and inverter 13 and make the signal (e) zero, thereby stopping the motor and decelerating the rotor. The required number of revolutions is maintained by the signals (c), (f) of the 2nd and third speed detectors. The signal (d) indicates stop signal. In this way, the damaging of the apparatus may be prevented.
