Abstract

PURPOSE: To lift up a waste matter in a vertical direction by a system wherein a waste matter and air are separated at the midway of the pneumatic conveying line of the waste matter to crush the separated waste and feeds the crushed waste to the succeeding pneumatic conveying line.
CONSTITUTION: A waste matter 22 dumped from an inlet 13 is sucked within a conveying tube 11a from a dust tube 12 to deliver somewhat in a horizontal direction or a gentle slope, which is delivered into from the supply port 17 of a gas solid separator 16 with air, and air is discharged from the exhaust port 18. The solid waste matter 22 is crushed finely with a crusher 20. Hereafter, the crusched waste matter 22a is sucked into the discharge side conveying tube 11b connvected with the exhaust port 18 to deliver to an accumulation station or a disposing station. The discharge side conveying tube 11b is erected at the discharge side close to the gas-solid separator 16 to deliver to a desired height at the disposing station.
