Abstract
PURPOSE:To improve the stability of an output pulse by eliminating noises by obtaining a difference between two monitor outputs of a charging voltage monitor by subtracting, and then by operating a charging voltage stabilizer circuit by the output of the subtraction. CONSTITUTION:Charging choke 2 resonance-charges a pulse formation circuit by a DC power supply and the voltage of the pulse formation circuit is held by charging diode 5. Then, a switching element not shown in the figure is turned ON by a trigger input to flow the charge of the pulse formation circuit to a load. Next, charging voltage stabilizer circuit 3 is connected to the secondary coil of the charging coil to stabilize the charging voltage of the pulse formation circuit, and circuit 3 is operated by charging voltage monitor 4. For the purpose, subtracter 13 is provided to obtain a difference between two monitor outputs of monitor 4, and circuit 3 is operated by its output. Then, noises are removed by subtracting one output of the monitor from the other to improve the stability of output pulses.
