Abstract
PURPOSE:To stabilize an oscillator circuit and to increase the pulse width of an output thereform by connecting the cathode of a PUT through a braking resistor and a reset diode in paralllel circuit to the negative side of an input DC power supply and through a commutation reactor to a load. CONSTITUTION:A capacitor C1 is charged through a diode D1 and a resistor R1 and the like by a power supply E to turn on the PUT. When the PUT turns on, the charge stored in the capacitor C1 turns on the load transistor Tr through the PUT and the commutation reactor L1. At this time the high wave current is limited by the reactor L1, and the time for turning on the load transistor Tr is increased. When the voltage across the capacitor C1 becomes 0, the current flowing through the L1 is inverted to forcibly extinguish the PUT. At this time the Tr is turned off. Then, the capacitor C1 is again started charging to similarly operate to the above repeatedly in oscillation to on or off the Tr. In this manner, it can stabilize the commutation and can increase the output pulse width thereof.
