Abstract

PURPOSE: To maintain rotary characteristics and prevent intermittent running by detecting change of pump's pressure due to change of load current in variable speed motor to drive pump and also by controlling rotational frequency comparing the detected change of pressure with standard voltage equivalent to set pressure.
CONSTITUTION: Shaft torque of pressure pump 4 is increased as pressure of pressure hydroextractor 6 is rising by sludge 2 flowing from sludge pipe 5, and also increase is made in load current of power line 7 in adjustable-speed motor 3 inclusive of detecting output of current detector 8. Output of relative amplifier 9 and output of control panel 11 are decreased when approached to electric signal as set by pressure setter 10. Thus transport quantity of sludge is decreased and the pressure is maintained at the set pressure due to decrease of adjustable-speed motor 3. With decrease of pressure, rotating frequency of adjustable-speed motor is increased on the contrary and also transport quantity of sludge is increased. Sludge transport pressure of pressure hydro-extractor is maintained by the set pressure.
