Then, carry bubbles are led to carry transfer parth 13 via the slanting bar and bubbles discharged from idlers 11 are read in the opposite direction to the movement direction of bubbles and transferred to transfer path 12 before being supplied to detector 6 without mutual influence among bubbles. Consequentily, bubbles can continuously be counted at a high speed even in carry operation.
