Abstract
PURPOSE:To carry out effective cleaning by constituting the apparatus with a casing having a slender-shaped cleaning surface, a suction nozzle provided inside the casing, jet nozzles surrounding the suction nozzle and a flexible enclosing member surrounding the cleaning surface. CONSTITUTION:The cleaning heads 10, 11 are connected by ''U''-shape arm 12. Then the apparatus is caused to be moved from the side direction under such condition that upper and lower molds are opened. After this process, the cleaning surface part of the heat is caused to approach onto upper and lower mold surfaces and to vacuum-suction while it is made to move back and forth. At the same time, it is caused to carry out cleaning with high-pressure air blowout. At that time, resin flocks 14 attaching to a mold parting surface is blown off by establishing high- pressure air pipe's air jet holes 5 at an angle leaning toward the center. The blown- off resin flocks are sucked in through a central vacuum suction nozzle and discharged outside, thus preventing the scattering of flocks, etc.
