Abstract

PURPOSE:To carry out effective cleaning by constituting the apparatus with a casing having a slender-shaped cleaning surface, a suction nozzle provided inside the casing, jet nozzles surrounding the suction nozzle and a flexible enclosing member surrounding the cleaning surface. CONSTITUTION:The cleaning heads 10, 11 are connected by ''U''-shape arm 12. After this process, the cleaning surface part of the heat is caused to approach onto upper and lower mold surfaces and to vacuum-suction while it is made to move back and forth. At that time, resin flocks 14 attaching to a mold parting surface is blown off by establishing high- pressure air pipe's air jet holes 5 at an angle leaning toward the center. The blown- off resin flocks are sucked in through a central vacuum suction nozzle and discharged outside, thus preventing the scattering of flocks, etc.
