Abstract

PURPOSE: To reduce the pressure loss of high-temperature and -pressure steam for high working efficiency of saturated steam by guide vanes while the high-temperature and -pressure steam is ejected from a high speed nozzle through moving vanes and guide vanes.
CONSTITUTION: An ejector nozzle type turbine 21 consists of guide vanes 24, the primary stage turbine moving vane 25, a static vane 27, and the secondary stage turbine moving vane 26. Saturated steam of sea water to be evaporated by an overheater not illustrated is sent from an inlet 23 to revolve those moving vanes 25, 26. A duct 28 for high-temperature and -pressure steam produced by a burner not illustrated is supplied to open to in the flow course 22 between the guide vanes 24 and the moving vane 24. An ejector nozzle 29 at the end of the duct 28 opens in the same direction as the guide vanes 24, through which high-temperature and -pressure steam is sent to mix with the saturated steam.
