Abstract
PURPOSE:To increase the vacuum proof and to save the number of components, by making the package as cylinder or ellipse type cylinder, and forming the major gas path with the package wall and the guide plates to extend or shrink the gas path. CONSTITUTION:The gas flow fed from the blower 10 is fed to the discharge space 7 after being speeded up with the gas shrinking guide plates 11, 12. Since the pressure loss at gas shrinkage is generally small, special design of the shape of the shrinking guide plates 11, 12 is not necessary. Special tightness is not required to the connection of the barrier 24 with the shrinking or extending guide plate 12 or 16. The high speed gas flow from the discharge space 7 is decreased at the gas extension part formed with the extension guide plates 15, 16 and the cylinder wall of the cylindrical package 23. The extension guide plates 15, 16 are placed to minimize the pressure loss of the extension part. Further, since the vacuum proof shares with a single cylindrical package 23, the material and number of components can be saved.
