Abstract
PURPOSE:To keep constant the amplification factor independently of the tuning frequency, by correcting the attenuation of attenuator for the change in the amplification factor due to variable frequency for the amplifier used at VHF band. CONSTITUTION:The input from the input terminal 2 is amplified at the tuning amplifier 1 using voltage dependancy variable reactance element (Varicap etc.) and it is outputted from the output terminal 7 after being level-corrected at the attenuator 6. The tuning frequency of the tuning amplifier 1 is controlled with the output voltage of the tuning controller 3, and a part of the output of the tuning controller 3 is inputted to the impedance converter 5 via the semi-fixed variable voltage dividing ratio 4 which can be set for arbitrary voltage dividing ratio. This converter 5 has higher input impedance and lower output impedance. The emitter follower circuit of transistors is used, and the low impedance output of the converter 5 acts as the drive output controlling the attenuation of the attenuator 6.
