Abstract
PURPOSE: An injection fluid is injected from the nozzle and also supplying the fine particle sand including foreign materials adjacent to the injection port of the nozzle, it is injected to a collision plate. By doing so, foreign materials is easily removed from the fine particle sand.
CONSTITUTION: The device is composed of the following;i,g., pressurized device 2 to pressurize the injection fluid like water, etc., a nozzle 3 connected to the pressurized device 2, a collision plate 4 installed in the right angle to the injection direction of the fluid and a feeding device 5 to feed the fine particle sand including foreign materials to the adjacent to the injection port of the nozzle 3. A injection fluid A like water and so on is pressurized by a pump 11 which is equivalent to the pressurized device 2 and it is injected to a collision plate 10 inside an injection chamber 9 from an injection port 3' of the nozzle 3 and at the same time a fine particle sand B including the foreign materials is fed from a feeding port 8' of a feeding pipe 8. By doing so, the sand B is mixed with the injection fluid A so as to to be injected to the collision plate and then the foreign materials can be removed by collision energy at collision time.
