Abstract
PURPOSE:To simplify the construction, without use of a complicated compensating circuit, by using a recognizing pulse pattern, a reference pulse pattern prepared by an integral photoelectric element and a measuring pulse pattern. CONSTITUTION:The solar image coming from a pin hole 13 or the like is turned on a light receiving plane 19 in such a diameter as is proportional to the solar angle theta and then passes through patterns 14, 15 and 17 so that pulses are generated at the instant of the passages. Since the reference pulse pattern 14 and the measurement pulse pattern 15 are prepared by an identical photoelectric element 16, the pulses coming from the pulses, which are generated from the recognizing pulse pattern 17, are used to measure the pulse angle theta and the spin coefficient of the pulses which are generated from the pattern 15. The measurement of the spin coefficient can be finished by the refernece pulses from the next pattern 14.
