CONSTITUTION:At the upper end of dehydrating tank 4, flange 12 is formed around the entire periphery of the same, and pins 13 are provided on the flange 12. These pins 13 are fitted into thru-holes 15 formed in mating flange 14 of balance ring 10 and then calked tightly therein, and the cauled heads serve as stoppers. Further, axial projections and recesses are formed in the outer peripheral surface of balance ring 10 and dehydrating tank 4, so as to be fitted securely with the inner peripheral surface of the dehydrating tank 4 at the joining section 16.
