Abstract

PURPOSE:To save energy in driving a screw of an injection machine, by rotating the screw partially utilizing a return oil from a cylinder pressurizing chamber to a sub- hydraulic motor placed on the shaft in alignment with a main hydraulic motor. CONSTITUTION:The piston 26, the main and the sub-hydraulic motors 31 and 32 are equipped on the same shaft of the screw 27 in the injection cylinder 25. The directional control valve 36b, communicating with the pressurizing chamber 37 and the sub-hydraulic motor 32, is connected to the directional control valve 36a, placed between the source of hydraulic pressure 15 and the pressurizing room 37 of the piston 26.
