Abstract

PURPOSE: To provide an air conditioning system, which is designed such that, when the room temperature detected comes near to an aimed room temperature, capacity of compressor is lowered by capacity adjusting means, whereby it is enabled to prevent occurrence of "cold draft" and thus the prevent frosting of evaporator.
CONSTITUTION: When room temperature is lowered, resistance of room-temperature detecting section TB is increased so that output at the input section DT of control unit CU is lowered gradually. Further, when the difference between the room temperature and the aimed room temperature of variable resistance VR1 is reduced lower than a predetermined value, output DO of the input section DT becomes lower than a reference voltage RD pre-set in reference-voltage output unit RV, whereby ON-signal is given from comparator CPR. In response to this, contact of relay RY of control section MU is closed by driver DR, so that coil VC is excited and electromagnetic valve 5 is opened. As a result, by-pass circuit 6 of compressor 1 is opened and the compressor capacity is lowered. Thus, it is enabled to prevent occurrence of "cold draft".
