Abstract

CONSTITUTION:When write information to buffer memory 8 is ''1'' and the information unit name, address tag and block address agree among themselves together with the each field of the address for which access is requested, and when the write information is ''0'' and the information unit name and block address agree with each other, access is made to the corresponding buffer memory block. Then by the renewal of the address tag provided in the information unit for the purpose of each erasure, the equivalent effect to erasing this information unit from memory 8 is caused, thereby causing logical contradiction arising from the discrepancy between contents of main memory unit 9 and buffer memory 8. In this way, erasure of only the portion concerning the occurrence of discrepancy between the contents of main memory unit 9 and buffer memory 8 can be performed at high speed.
