Abstract

PURPOSE: For effective combustion, to control combustion rate through the process supply rate consisting of detecting the temperature of heating object and changing the power to an ultrasonic oscillator accordingly.
CONSTITUTION: A warm air outlet 2 is provided on the front face of a liquid fuel combustor body 1, and an air inlet 3 on the rear face. The cool air taken in through said air inlet 3 passes through the pipe 5a of a heat exchanger 5. Thus-obtained warm air is fed to a chamber through said warm air outlet 2. The inside of said heat exchanger 5 is sectioned into upper and lower sections by a combustion board 6. The latter serves as an atomizing tank 7 having an ultrasonic oscillator 8. The room temperature coming up to a fixed value through warm air blow-out is detected by a sensor 13, and the rate of supplying power to said ultrasonic oscillator 8 is decreased accordingly. Since the input power of said ultrasonic oscillator 8 and atomization rate are proportionate to each other, combustion rate decreases through that operation so that combustion fire becomes so weak as to maintain temperature at a fixed value. Thus, wasteful combustion can be eliminated.
