Abstract

PURPOSE: To manufacture the heat-exchanger pipe at high efficiency, by forming a continuous wire belt parallelly putting multiple wires of specified length side by side, and by folding back this wire belt into U-type, and also, by winding the needle-fin group, holding the core metal, around the outer surface of the pipe so as to be tightly fixed.
CONSTITUTION: A ring 16 is installed so as to rotate around, prependicularly to, the belt 15, in which multiple wires are parallelly traveling at the same speed; the wires 19 are wound with no gap around the belt 15 by the wire reel 17, guide nozzle 18 and formup roller 28 which are being attached to the ring 16. The adhesive agent is applied over the surface of the wires 19a at specified breadth and interval by the adhesive agent applying roll 24, and then, the wires 19a are dried up in the drying furnace 41. After that, the wires 19a are cut along the perpendicular line 44 by the gear-tooth roller 43 of the cutting roller 42; hereby, the pin group rows 45 are formed. The pin group rows 45 are folded back between the belt 54 and U-type roll 55, and also, are formed up to the specified interval passing through the core metal reel 61 and feed roll 63, by the clearance guide 67 for the fin group 45a formed by catching the core metal wire 57 between U-type die 58 and the belt 54; and then, the pin group rows 45 and wound around the outer surface of the pipe 60 so as to be tightly fixed; hereby, the heat-exchanger pipe is manufactured at high efficiency.
