Abstract

PURPOSE: To provede the subject controlling device wherein a centering spring of an automatic speed change valve operating in relation to the rotational number of an engine is interlocked with a throttle valve, thereby to maintain the rotational number of the engine at a constant value.
CONSTITUTION: The port 17a of an automatic speed change valve 17 of a control circuit A is connected through a stationary orifice 19 to the exhaust side of a controlling valve 15, and the port 17b thereof is communicated with a tank 56. Further, change-over valves 17c and 17d are connected to the forward and rearward parts of the stationary orifice 19 at the exhaust side of a controlling pump 15. The setting of a centering spring 17e of the automatic speed-change valve 17 is interlocked with a throttle valve 24. The port 17e is connected to the port 18a of the POC valve 18, and the ports 18b and 18c are connected to the ports 20a and 20b of the stearing interference valve 20 through pipelines 40 and 41. When the rotational number of the engine is reduced, the supply pressure of the POC valve is reduced, and the load on the engine is decreased, and hence the rotational number of the engine ia restored to the original number.
