Abstract
PURPOSE: To improve further high speed stability by bypassing pressure action of a power steering device, particularly a portion of control flow to this device, to low pressure side by a control nozzle to suppress increase of reduced flow to the minimum limit.
CONSTITUTION: When rotational speed of a pump is further increased as an automobile is shifted to a high speed travelling, a spool valve 43 is displaced to open more widely a bypass path 38. Thus, as shown in the drawing, the secound throttle path 50 corresponds to a limit opening 46, and the first valve chamber 41 communicates to an inner opening 47 only through the first throttle path 49 to reduce pressurized fluid supplied to a power steering device up to a predetermined amount Q2 determined only by the first throttle path 49 as shown by the solid line in the drawing. Thus, in the high speed travelling, a driver can obtain steering reaction provided by the reduction of supplied flow to improve further high speed stability.
