Then the tap gain correction value is calculated in a time-division way through adder circuit 23 and based on the value of calculation 20 and the input signal waveform of the filter stored in shift register 15. The tap gain stored in second memory 24 is corrected based on the tap gain correction value calculated through circuit 23 and then applied to the filter via CCD-type tap gain register 31. As a result, the ghost signal can be eliminated effectively for the TV picture receiver.
