Abstract
PURPOSE:To make stable the operation in the microwave band for the phase synchronous generator, by providing the phase detector in the metal cavity resonator constituting the variable frequency oscillator. In this case, if the frequency fr and the resonance frequency fo are apart from the phase difference of 90 deg., the output according to the phase difference is caused, this is amplified 7 and fed to the frequency variable element 8, and control is made so that fo=fr. Thus, stable operation can be made even in the microwave band. Further, by providing the set which can continuously vary the coupling angle with the electromagnetic field with the diode in the resonator, the phase detector is operated with optimum condition and the same effect can be obtained.
