Abstract

PURPOSE: A piston lubricating device of a 2-cycle engine which provides effective cooling of an engine and lubrication of an oil near the area of an exhaust port which tends to be short in lubricating oil.
CONSTITUTION: The sleeves 24A, 24B are pressed and fit with the cylinder bodies 22A, 22B of an engine cylinder 14. The oil passages 48A, 48B approximately shaped L are put between those sleeves 48A, 48B and said cylinder bodies 22A, 22B. The oil passages 48A, 48B situated on the both sides of the exhaust ports 34A, 34B open to the internal of a cylinder body through two exits 50A, 50B which are respectivly passage 48A, 48B is communicated with a crank case 18A, 18B by a duct including an entrance 36A, 36B a hose 42A, 42B, and a hose coupling 44A, 44B. The mixture including lubricating oil in the crank case is supplied into the cylinder from said exits 50A, 50B.
