CONSTITUTION:The video signals to be applied to input terminal 1 and 2 are clamped through clamping circuit 3 and 4 to be transmitted to variable capacity diode 5 and 6 whose chainging directions of the capacity are set opposite to each other even to the same-polarity video signals. The output is applied to FM oscillator 7 and 8, and this output is transmitted in the form of the low carrier FM signal from output terminal 11 via difference frequency draw-out circuit 101 comprising the balanced mixer and LPE.
