CONSTITUTION:Simple-constitution filter A is constituted by resistances R1 and R2 and capacitor C, and one end of level adjustment and phase adjustment circuit 3 is connected to input side terminal 1, and the other end of circuit 3 is connected to an adder circuit where the output of filter A is inputted. By this constitution, the output of circuit 3 is adjusted to -R2/R1+R2 and is added to adder 4, and the output at output end 5 is made zero on a frequency over frequency f=1/2piCR2 and is made to become 1-R2/R1+R2 on a frequency below freqnency f=1/2piC(R1+R2).
