Abstract
PURPOSE:In annealing one side galvanized steel belt coil, a barrier plate and a deoxidizing agent are placed on the top of the steel belt coils, thereby to prevent steel belt sheradizing and blueing formation. CONSTITUTION:A plurality of one side galvanized steel belt coils 1 are stacked in pile and inserted into an annealing furnace 2. A ceramic fiber barrier plate 3 is placed on the top of the uppermost coil, on which a deoxidizing material 4 comprising rust preventing polished sheet is placed. Heat annealing is conducted in HNX gas atomosphere in the furnace, wherein the barrier plate 3 prevents bouncing back of hot gas from the ceiling so that all coils in the furnace are uniformly heated thereby preventing the generation of sheradizing. Further, the residual oxygen in the furnace reacts on the deoxidizing agent to eliminate blueing formation.
