Abstract

PURPOSE: To correctly control the engine revolution speed by a simple constitution, without necessitating arranging controlling apparatuses for respective purposes, by making it possible to control the idling revolution speed with control parameters such as engine warming state and the ON or OFF state of an air-conditioner.
CONSTITUTION: In an air controlling valve 30, the turning of a valve body 35 (in other words, the amount of supplementary air which allows a throttle valve 17 to form bypass) is controlled by the magnitude of the pressure in a chamber 38, and the magnitude of the pressure in the chamber 28 is determined by the time rate during which a pipe 56 for introducing an intake-air negative pressure is open, or the time rate during which an electromagnetic coil 51 is in conduction. The excitation of an electromagnetic mechanism 50 is controlled by an electronic air controlling unit 60. With said electronic air controlling unit 60, are connected a distributor 18, warming sensor 19, and an air conditioning switch 28 which turns ON or OFF a compressor 26 for air conditioner such as car cooler, and an electromagnetic clutch 27 which is connected to the driving shaft of the engine 10.
