Abstract

CONSTITUTION: A thermosetting synthetic resin with terminal carboxyl groups neutralized with a base is dissolved or dispersed into water or a mixture thereof with an organic solvent to form a solution or emulsion. To resulting solution or emulsion are added 0.01-1% of a fungicide such as dehydroacetic acid and, when necessary, 0.05-1.5% of a thickener
