Abstract

PURPOSE: To greatly reduce not only the snapping of conductor but also the damage of the insulator coated on the conductor, by coating the conductor with a semi-hard polyvinyl chloride mixed with specific quantities of plasticizer and erucylamide.
CONSTITUTION: The conductor is coated with the semi-hard polyvinyl chloride produced by mixing 100 parts by weight of polyvinyl chloride with 40 parts or less, preferably, 20 to 40 parts by weight of a plasticizer such as phthalic acid ester, aliphatic ester, phosphoric ester, etc. and at least 0.2 part by weight of erucylamide. Namely, the vinyl mixture of very low friction is coated on the conductor without losing the characteristics of the semi-hard vinyl. Thus, the friction between the conductor wires is reduced. Not only the snapping of the conductor but also the damage of the insulator coated on the conductor are greatly reduced.
