Abstract

PURPOSE: To obtain stable demanded flow rate by raising loop gain to keep a speed error signal approximately constant in case of added flow-rate command.
CONSTITUTION: In an adder 2 compared with an actual flow rate signal which indicates discharge flow rate of a pump 13 detected by a flow rate detector 1, a flow rate command signal A is applied to a comparing integrator 4 of an electric governor 3A. A signal converted into a flow rate demand signal B goes to a function generator 5 to become a speed-setting signal C. The signal C is compared with an actual speed signal from a speed detector 6 by an adder 7 and a speed error signal D from the adder 7 is applied to an arithmetic function 8. Simultanously the signal C is applied to a loop gain amendment function 20 including a function generator 21 and a multiplier 22 and goes out to an electric hydroservo 9, which controls openings of regulator valves 10, 11 to increase or decrease the amount of steam flowing into the turbine
