And the collector voltage of constant current transistor Q7 is clamped to the potential of Vref-2VBE' and the action is stopped at the saturation region. Accordingly, the supply current given from constant voltage VCS terminal is turned to the base current. Thus, the constant voltage generator circuit, even if it features the minimum necessary capacity, does not give negative effects due to the voltage fluctuation to othe circuits regardless of the presence or absence of the input terminal's floating.
