Abstract
PURPOSE: To provide a tester which can simply and exactly confirm the operations of pressure reducing valve, injection steam control valve and cooling water control valve or the like of a turbine by-pass pressure and temperature reducing device for example in a power plant.
CONSTITUTION: Steam from a boiler 1 is partially introduced through a pressure reducing valve 3 into a temperature reducing unit 4. Steam branched from the secondary side of a sluice valve 2 is introduced through an injection steam control valve 5 into an injection valve 6 and mixed with cooling water from a cooling water control valve 7, and then sprayed into the unit 4. Pressure controller 8 and temperature controller 9 provided at the secondary side of the unit 4 introduce their outputs with the outputs of test solenoid valves 10 to 12 into high level priority circuits 13 to 15, respectively in a pressure and temperature reducing device thus constructed. The outputs from the circuits 13 to 15 are applied to positioners 16 to 18, respectively to be converted into valve opening signals, which are applied to the actuators 19 to 21 of the valves 3, 5 and 7, respectively to thereby light lamps when the respecitve lamps slightly open by the micro opening signals from testing circuits
