Abstract
PURPOSE: To prevent reactor scram at test period by switching the maximum flow limiting value to high set value at the valve closing test of main steam regulating valve and controlling the opening of main steam regulating valve and bypass valve.
CONSTITUTION: During the high power operation of reactor 1, steam delivered to turbine 13 passing through main steam pipe 10 is controlled with main steam regulating valves 31 - 34 and bypass valve 4. In this case valves 31 - 34 are controlled with regulating servo unit 6, bypass valve servo unit 5 through low value priority circuit 9 by the power of the maximum flow controller 11 which produces low set value. For closing test of valve 31 switching to the maximum flow regulator 12 which produces high set value with switch 10. Main regulating valves 32 - 34 are opened at the maximum, and simultaneously bypass valve 4 is opened to flow the rated steam flow for enabling the pressure control of test period to prevent from neutron scram.
