Abstract
PURPOSE: To prevent a defective impact which is caused at start of turning by providing a turning force reducing-and accumulating mechanism near a power unit of a turning device, which increases turning force simultanously at engagement of gears.
CONSTITUTION: By turning force delivered from a quadruple pinion gear 10 to a quaduple gear 11, th end of a plate spring 37 mounted on the side surface of the quadruple gear 11 is pushed in the direction of a penta-spindle 32 to come into contact with bolt nuts 42 and 43. Once they are engaged with a clutch gear 14A, innertai force of a turbine rod 25 immediately stops rotation of the clutch gear 14A, an idle gear 13, and a penta-pinion gear 12. Turning force of the quadruple gear 11 which continuously accepts turbibg force of a motor 1 is absorbed for accumulation by flexible plate spring 37. Turning force as great as the innertai force of the turbine rod is applied to the plate spring 37, which affects the penta-pinion gear 12, clutch gear 14A, and turbine rod to turn.
