Abstract
PURPOSE: In a structure of an admission port used for a clean room in which particularly the content of fine particles in air is made extremely small, to completely eliminate generation of a dead zone in supply air by a compact structure.
CONSTITUTION: A porous plate 10 of a metal wire, a punching board or the like having an opening ratio of more than 50% is fixed with a screw 11 to a support bar 9 secured with a screw 8 to a L-shaped metal fitting 7 fixed to the inner part of the peripheral part 6 of the admission port 1, and on the upper surface of said porous plate 10 there is disposed a fluid resisting plate 5 of a substantially same dimension and configuration as those of the admission port 1 in opposite thereto. At the admission port side in the peripheral part 12 of the fluid resisting plate 5 there are formed louver type current plates 14 made of metal plates both ends of which are engaged with the support bar 9 by means of a shaft 13, in multistage structure, said current plates being provided in parallel to the fluid resisting plate 5, and the inner sides 15 of said current plates 14 being projected to the inner parts as these sides approach from the admission port 1 to the fluid resisting plate 5. According to this arrangement, an air stream diffused in a semi-spheroidal shape using the ceiling 4 as a cut surface can be generated, and thus the desired object can be accomplished.
