Abstract

PURPOSE: In a structure of an admission port used for a clean room in which particularly the content of fine particles in air is made extremely small, to inhibit generation of a dead zone of an air stream effectively by an extremely compact structure.
CONSTITUTION: A cage-shaped cover 6 having a bottom surface of a curved contor including and covering an admission port 1 is fabricated by a metal wire, a punching board or the like having an opening ratio of more than 50%, and fastened to a fitting arm 8 fixed to the edge part 7 of the admission port 1 with a screw 9. A fluid resisting plate 5 having an area smaller than the bottom area of the aforedescribed cover 6 is disposed in the inner part of the cover 6 thereby to constitute the admission port. According to this structure, supply air indicated by large arrow, which has been filtrated with a filter 3, comes into abutment with a fluid resisting plate 5 and undergoes turbulence, and thereafter passes through the cover 6 and blasted in respective directions indicated by small arrows and diffused in the vicinity of the edge part 7 in the cover 6 thereby to generate an air stream diffused in semi- spheroidal shape using a ceiling 4 as a cut surface, thus accomplishing the desired object.
